I'm Radha

Welcome to my website.

I'm a self-taught artist and I'm passionate about learning about digital tools and technology. I work in a mix of animation and live action. 

​

I began my career in 2005 as a video editor and in a span of 15 years, I have written, directed and produced promos and short form content with Channel V, The Walt Disney Company, Nickelodeon, Discovery Kids. In my last full time role - as head of live action & regional content at Kinsane Entertainment, I managed the creative launch of regional YouTube channels and directed 180 mins of nursery rhymes using puppets - that was much more challenging than working with actors and children. 

Although my main love is short form, I've thoroughly enjoyed being part of the editorial team of the feature film "No Fathers in Kashmir" directed by Ashvin Kumar.

I have spent several years in advertising both on the production side as an assistant director with Shimit Amin, Anurag Basu, Sunhil Sippy, Vinod P Vijay, among others and as an agency creative producer with Leo Burnett – for P&G's regional productions for both print & film. 

​

Both at Kinsane and Leo Burnett, I worked extensively on regional productions and adaptations for Indian and ASEAN markets.

​

I’ve spent the lockdown improving my art, music, design, cooking, yoga and earning a certificate in UX/UI design from Google. During this time, I launched The Happy Quokka, a wellness based e-commerce store and I am passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals!
